As a co-founder, principal, and managing director of KMF Development, Mr. Marshall was responsible for all design and content related aspects of the Company'sprojects.
Currently, Mr. Marshall is a Marketing Database Analyst for Wells Fargo Business Direct (Small Business Lending) in San Francisco, California. He is in charge of managing the monthly Direct Mail and Telemarketing leads generation process accounting for 35% of the division's total new loan commitments. He serves as internal consultant to marketing and business staff to identify and define opportunities requiring marketing database analyses.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Marshall worked as an analyst for Leo Burnett Company, a full service advertising agency in Chicago, IL. He worked closely with brand management teams to design, manage and analyze direct marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including Philip Morris USA, Hallmark and Disney. Additionally, Mr. Marshall helped manage the development and establishment of his client's Latin American direct marketing operations including the training of vendors and local agency and client counterparts.
